Taylor and Evan’s love story began quietly in 2018 with a simple coffee date—easy conversation, instant comfort, and a connection that felt familiar from the start. Life got busy, and the timing wasn’t quite right… until 2020, when fate stepped in and seated them next to each other at a new job. What started as a friendly reconnection quickly grew into something deeper, rooted in laughter, trust, and a solid foundation of friendship.
They both knew—they were just waiting for the right moment.
When Evan proposed, it was exactly what Taylor wanted: intimate, meaningful, and true to who they are. After a quiet dinner on a rainy evening, beneath softly glowing twinkle lights (and a bit of confusion about why those lights had to be on), Taylor walked back inside to find Evan on one knee, ready to promise her forever.
Their love continued to grow—first with Fritz, then Beau—before bringing them to this moment. Surrounded by vibrant blues, yellows, pinks, purples, and greens, Taylor and Evan were married at Pomona at Blue Barn, a space that perfectly reflected the warmth and joy of their relationship.
Taylor and Evan’s wedding at Pomona at Blue Barn was brought to life by an incredible vendor team. Their day was beautifully captured by Juliana Cole and Jess Olson, with music by Miguel from Marquee Events keeping the celebration going. Lush, colorful florals by Lindsay at Green Gables perfectly complemented the setting, while dessert from Joelle Eats Cake added a sweet finishing touch. Catering and venue coordination were seamlessly handled by the Pomona team, with day-of support from Megan at Pomona and rentals provided by Revival Rentals. Evan’s attire was from Menguine, and hair and makeup by Christina and Marissa ensured Taylor felt effortlessly herself throughout the day.
